Halloween Party
Halloween is an annual holiday celebrated each year on October 31. It originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. To outsmart these ghostly beings, people would put on masks when they left their homes after dark so that the ghosts would think they were fellow spirits. Children trick and treat on the Halloween night. The custom of trick-or-treating on Halloween may come from the belief that supernatural beings, or the souls of the dead, roamed the earth at this time and needed to be appeased. We celebrate this day by having several fun filled events, such as- costume parade, games, haunted house walk, fair, photo booth, face painting, etc. Students look forward to dressing up and trick or treating with their friends.
