  • Level 3 should be able to develop reading speed and should be able to summarize information in a text.
  • Level 3 should be able to use grammatical structure properly and deliver an effective oral presentation.
  • Level 3 should be able to produce coherent and well organized academic essays.
  • Level 3 should be able to discuss and respond to the content of a lecture.
